To help the eggnog go down, Austin’s favorite indie-rocker will be giving the gift of holiday cheer via distorted-as-f*ck guitars and his trademark vocal exuberance. HO HO HO! Sha Sha Sha! BK’s first ever Christmas offering is a pressing of only 1,000 pieces. The A side, “It Ain’t Christmas Yet”, is an original tune about how waiting sucks. Luckily the guitarmonies are there to make the waiting less sucky. The B side is a blazingly fierce version of “Here Comes Santa Claus” featuring ex-Radish juggernaut, John David Kent,
on drums. Sounds as if BK and JK went back to the garage from where they grew up and let this one rip on their Tascam 4-track. Once again, The Noise Company delivers a package worth owning as the music is cut to 45rpm, Big Hole, 43gram RED translucentvirgin vinyl. 200 out of 1,000 are splattered GREEN and PINK. These rare, splattered pieces are randomly mixed in to the box lots. The package itself features 300gsm card stock with a 3mm spine, full, semi-gloss color with Green metallic foil stamping throughout. All in all, this is a Sludgepop feast for all ears and a stocking-stuffer dream for all record junkies. Merry Christmas to all!
