It's late at night in a little bar in Wollongong, Australia. Three guys set up their equipment, the crowd is a mix of trendy young kids and true rock fans. Darren King starts pounding out a beat, the trendy young kids have a puzzled look on their face. The brutal guitar tones of Justin Irwin combined with the thick bass sounds of his brother Nick create a wall of noise that sends the above mentioned kids running from the room. The genuine rock fans remain. This is not cool music, this is real rock. Concieved by vocalist, bass player and song writer Nick Irwin, the band take on board a various array of ifluences to create their own brand of crushing, noisy doom rock. While mainly drawing from the classic rock bands such as Black Sabbath, Mountain and Motorhead, they also take on board the noise rock sounds created by the likes of Unsane, Scratch Acid and Jesus Lizard and add a touch of Australian rock (Rose Tattoo,AC/DC, ect.) to the mix to give a fresh take on a classic sound.
